Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to give you access to the workshop, to send you the access link by email along with further tips and offers about AI tools (including from partners such as base44) and, if you agree in the cookie banner, to measure how well our advertising works. With your consent we may also contact you by WhatsApp message or phone call about the workshop and related offers; reply STOP on WhatsApp to end this.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Data we process
Phone number, First name, email address, IP address, time of sign-up, text and version of the consent you gave, clicks on links in our emails, UTM parameters of the page you came from.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Resend (email delivery), servers in the EU region.
Airtable (email scheduling), USA, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Google (Google Sheets, list of sign-ups), on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Vercel Inc. (website hosting), USA, on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (advertising measurement), only after your consent in the cookie banner.
Vimeo (playback of the workshop video), player embedded without tracking.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp), only if we contact you on WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, and no longer than 24 months after you sign up.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link. For anything else, write to hello@pelegdror.com.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example your local data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
